The pump cover is the main component in the main pump. The pump mainly consists of pump body, pump cover, impeller, shaft, seal ring, intermediate bracket, seal and suspension components. The structure of the pump cover is relatively simple, and it is a casting, and the end face of the pump body must have higher precision requirements. It needs to be processed by roughing and semi-finishing to ensure the sealing fit. There is not much precision in the position of the pump cover that does not meet the parts, so it can be completed during the casting of the blank.

 

The material of the pump cover casting HT200 blank needs to be aged after the manufacture to eliminate the internal stress generated in the blank manufacturing and machining.
